- I have a PCI graphics card in my PC. It's a Diamond Stealth64 Video
- 2001. I called Diamond to find out somethings about it before I bought
- it and they told me this. The video processor (an S3) is a 64 bit
- INTERNAL processor, but externally it is 32 bit for the PCI bus.
- The manual for the 2001 says the it is capable of "scaling full-screen
- video clips up to 40 frames-per-second.". It's too bad Win95 can't do
- that, too. This card won as best card in (I think) PC Magazine. The
- 2001 is the OEM version of the card that won. I get good 16M color at
- 800 X 600. I really like this resolution. I wish I could get it on my
- A4000 without interlacing. Does anybody know how?
- My guess about the OS is that by time they go to a 64 bit processor the
- OS will be 64 bit also. I hope.
